Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. We don't ship outside India at the moment.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

3. Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities are often faster. Remote areas, the North-East, and Jammu & Kashmir can take a few extra days.
  • Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, festivals and strikes can affect timelines.
  • Buying for a birthday, anniversary or festival? Please order at least a week in advance.

4. Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most serviceable pin codes. You'll see it at checkout if it's available for your address.
  • We may call or message you to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Orders we can't confirm may be cancelled.
  • If you're sending CalmCurve as a gift to someone else, we recommend paying online so they have nothing to pay at the door.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

6. Delivery address

  • Please enter a complete address, correct pin code and a reachable phone number. For gift orders, enter the recipient's name and phone number.
  • We can change the address only before the order is dispatched.
  • The courier usually makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to re-ship it, or refund prepaid orders.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours if you can. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the courier. See our Return & Refund Policy for replacements and refunds.
